Shipping Policy: 

All items will be shipped within 3  business days of payment received. We do not ship on weekends. All items are carefully packed with anti-static packing material so that the electronics are not damaged by ESD in shipping.  

Please send a message before an order is made if you have special shipping needs to make sure we can accommodate. We can do next day shipping through any of the major shipping providers (UPS, Fedex, USPS) both domestically and internationally and we can add a signature to any shipment if you do not want it delivered unless someone is available to receive the package. 

If you notice that you have entered an incorrect address or an old address was auto populated please send us a message with the correct address and we will make sure it gets to the correct address.

Return Policy: 

All items (excluding those marked as-is or sold for parts) come with a 30-day money back return policy. If an item comes dead on arrival then please open a return and we will send you a shipping label so you may return the item at no cost to yourself. If you do not have the required anti-static packing material to ship your item back safely then please message us and we will send you the required material to send the item back to us safely. 

Any items returned because they aren't compatible with your system or because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong part will be charged a 15% restocking fee. To avoid this please message us or visit  our website at ITConnected.tech to see if we have information about your system.
